1. Wide Appeal

Crowded house is a family friendly non- offensive iconic 80s and 90s band.
So family friendly is good if it’s an outdoor event where families can attend.

But also of course Crowded House and Split Enz have a wide appeal in terms of their nice pop music with a beautiful balance of slow and up tempo pop tunes.

And they can certainly rock it up with iconic classic Enz songs like I see Red.

Nice pop music and great dance music, that’s the ultimate combination.
Ideally you want something that’s groovy to listen to and to tap your toes too.
But also people can get up and dance and have a great time and that’s what people want in pubs and clubs – to dance!

And of course the set is filled with classic Aussie hits that people remember and can relate to.

2. Good price

The Crowdies show doesn’t seek huge ridiculous prices.
We’re in line with the usual professional tribute band fees and we can also travel and make it especially viable for regional New South Wales venues because we can take our own production and actually save the venue a lot of money.

So within the Sydney Metro and greater West New South Wales which we’ve toured quite a few times –  we know the drill we are actually quite affordable.

3. No stress or worry because we are totally professional.

As a band leader and a full-time musician and a booking agent there is nothing more that annoys me than unprofessionalism and slackness with Bands.
Especially when they don’t pay attention to detail and don’t make it all smooth and well organised.

If you deal with me and this band I can assure you everything is organised in the upmost professional way from contracting, organising sound production, being there on time, dealing with any problems any delays or anything like that,  we can accommodate.

We work with the venue to make it all goes smoothly as possible so there’s no stress or worry at the venue or with the booker.
If we ask for accommodation for far away gigs we are happy to share, we are not Rockstars we are easy to deal with.

Often we stay with friends or family if we need to to keep costs down because for us the end goal is that the audience has a great time and we get rebooked so we do everything we can to achieve those two things.

Why we’ve been flown interstate and overseas to perform?

Well obviously the client wanted a Crowded House show.
But more to the point when they contacted me I was able to handle their inquiry in a way that gave them confidence.

Specifically, we always work to budget and provide whatever is needed whether it’s two sets or one set and we tailor a set to suit the specific event.

Sometimes it might be just one set in an hour in Split Enz costumes or in another cases two full sets.
We also are aware that for corporate events, the organiser has a huge amount of work to do so we try and make it easy by booking our own airfares and handling our own accommodation and travel rather than throwing these problems back to the client.

It just makes for a better experience and better dealings with us and that’s why we get rebooked time and time again.
